Why pay after verification?
Because you should not have to buy a conversion to find out whether the conversion worked. Statement Reconcile runs the required checks first. You decide whether to buy the output after seeing the result.
What if my statement fails?
Nothing is charged. The application explains what prevented the statement from passing, and checkout remains unavailable. There is no refund to request because there is no payment to reverse.
Is this a subscription?
No. One verified pack equals one payment. Nothing renews, no card is stored, and there is no account to cancel.
Why there is no monthly plan
Statement conversion is often occasional. Your bill should be too.
A catch-up client may arrive with a year of statements today, and you may not need another conversion for weeks. Statement Reconcile charges for the verified job rather than requiring you to keep another monthly software subscription active between jobs.

Is this a subscription?
No. It is one payment for one conversion pack: one or more statements, up to 50 total pages combined. There is nothing to cancel, and no card is stored.
When do I see the charge?
The price is stated up front, before you choose a file: $19 once, and only if your pack passes. Checkout itself opens only after every statement you keep has passed verification, so you review actual rows, source links, document coverage, and applicable balance checks before paying anything. If the checks fail there is nothing to buy.
Both file formats for one payment?
Yes. The Excel workbook, the CSV, the verification report PDF, and the pack manifest are the same conversion in the formats you take home, so one payment includes them and you can download each as often as you need.
Download them from the paid result page and save the recovery link shown there. We do not email or store the converted files or recovery link. A Stripe payment receipt, when enabled and sent, is separate from file delivery.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for thirty days, without having to argue for it. If the file is wrong, incomplete, or you could not download it, ask and it is refunded in full.
Because we store nothing, we cannot find a purchase from a name or an email address. Include the Stripe receipt number, or the payment reference from your card statement, and it is straightforward.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no password, and no email address required. You choose a file, review what was extracted, and pay once if you want the download.
